Questions
Does anything change on my MT5 Server?
No. TradeSpire connects through the MT5 Manager API with credentials you issue. Your groups, symbols, leverage, spreads and risk rules stay configured where they are today, and the server remains the only source of truth.
Is this an approved way to build on MT5?
Yes. TradeSpire uses only the official MetaTrader 5 Manager API, running under your own MetaQuotes server license and on your own infrastructure. It doesn't rely on any unofficial or reverse-engineered protocol.
What happens if your service goes down?
Your MT5 Server keeps running and keeps holding every account, position and order, including server-side stop losses and take profits. Each customer runs on its own isolated deployment, and your traders can still reach their accounts through the standard MT5 apps.
Does this work for prop/funded-account firms too?
Yes. Anything that runs on an MT5 Server works the same way — brokers and prop/funded-account firms alike. Your evaluation and risk rules stay on your side.
What happens to our MT5 Server credentials?
Access is scoped and read/trade-only for what the terminal needs — never full admin. You can revoke it at any time, and nothing about your server configuration or client data changes on our end.
What if TradeSpire shuts down or the pilot doesn't work out?
Nothing is hosted that locks you in. If we part ways, you keep running your MT5 Server exactly as before — there's no migration to unwind because nothing was moved.
